Nothing. TeacherPalette does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All processing happens locally on your Mac.
Your preferences (shortcuts, color palette, toolbar position, whiteboard pages) are stored in macOS UserDefaults on your device only. They never leave your Mac. Deleting the app removes this data.
TeacherPalette does not require Input Monitoring or Accessibility permissions. Global keyboard shortcuts work through the macOS Carbon Event system, which does not require permission. Nothing is recorded, logged, or transmitted.
None. TeacherPalette is a self-contained app with no external integrations, no cloud sync, and no analytics SDKs.
TeacherPalette is a presentation tool intended for adult presenters, but is safe for all ages — no data of any kind is collected from anyone.

Instead of subscribing, you may unlock lifetime access with a single one-time payment. This unlocks the same features as a paid subscription, does not renew or expire, and requires no further payment.
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions. We do not have access to your payment information and cannot process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device.
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you'll keep access until then, and won't be charged again. There are no cancellation fees.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
This agreement is between you and us only, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the App. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) to you; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App (e.g., product liability, legal compliance, or consumer protection claims). Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against you.
We may suspend or terminate your license to use the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete it at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date below. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

TeacherPalette는 원타임 구매 외에도 자동 갱신 구독(월간·연간)을 제공합니다. 구독을 선택하실 경우:
구독 대신 1회 결제로 영구 이용권을 구매할 수 있습니다. 유료 구독과 동일한 기능이 제공되며, 갱신되거나 만료되지 않고 추가 결제도 필요하지 않습니다.
모든 결제는 App Store를 통해 Apple이 처리하며, Apple의 Media Services 이용약관이 적용됩니다. 저희는 사용자의 결제 정보에 접근할 수 없으며 직접 환불을 처리할 수 없습니다. 환불을 요청하시려면 reportaproblem.apple.com을 방문하시거나 기기의 설정 → 본인 이름 → 구독 메뉴를 이용해 주세요.
구독은 언제든지 취소할 수 있습니다. 취소는 현재 결제 주기가 끝나는 시점에 적용되며, 그때까지는 계속 이용하실 수 있고 이후 재청구되지 않습니다. 취소 수수료는 없습니다.
앱은 "있는 그대로" 및 "제공되는 대로" 제공되며, 특정 목적에의 적합성, 비침해성, 중단 없는 운영이나 오류 없는 작동을 포함해 어떠한 명시적·묵시적 보증도 하지 않습니다.
관련 법률이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, 저희는 앱 사용으로 인해 발생하는 간접적·부수적·특수·결과적·징벌적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다(그러한 손해의 가능성을 통지받았더라도 동일합니다). 저희의 총 책임 범위는 청구 발생 이전 12개월간 사용자가 앱에 지불한 금액을 초과하지 않습니다.
본 계약은 사용자와 저희 사이의 계약이며 Apple과는 무관합니다. Apple은 앱이나 그 콘텐츠에 대해 책임을 지지 않으며, 앱에 대한 유지보수나 지원 의무도 없습니다. 앱이 적용 가능한 보증을 충족하지 못하는 경우 사용자는 Apple에 알릴 수 있으며, Apple은 결제 금액(있는 경우)을 환불해 드립니다. 그 외 앱에 대한 어떠한 보증 의무도 관련 법률이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서 Apple에게 없습니다. 앱과 관련된 모든 청구(제조물 책임, 법규 준수, 소비자 보호 관련 청구 등)에 대한 책임은 Apple이 아닌 저희에게 있습니다. Apple 및 그 자회사는 본 약관의 제3자 수익자이며, 사용자가 본 약관에 동의함에 따라 Apple은 사용자를 상대로 본 약관을 직접 집행할 권리를 갖습니다.
사용자가 본 약관을 위반할 경우 저희는 앱 이용 라이선스를 정지하거나 종료할 수 있습니다. 사용자는 언제든지 앱 사용을 중단하고 삭제할 수 있습니다.
본 약관은 수시로 변경될 수 있습니다. 중대한 변경이 있을 경우 아래 "최종 업데이트" 날짜를 갱신합니다. 변경 사항 적용 이후에도 앱을 계속 사용하시면 새로운 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.

TeacherPalette(以下「本アプリ」)をダウンロード、インストール、または使用することにより、お客様は本利用規約(以下「本規約」)に同意したものとみなされます。同意されない場合は、本アプリの使用をお控えください。
本規約を遵守することを条件として、当社はお客様がご所有または管理する Apple 製デバイス上で、App Store 使用規則が許容する範囲内で本アプリをダウンロードし使用するための、限定的・非独占的・譲渡不可・取消可能なライセンスを許諾します。本アプリはお客様に販売されるものではなくライセンスされるものであり、本アプリに関する知的財産権を含むすべての権利・権原は当社に帰属します。
TeacherPalette は買い切り購入に加え、自動更新のサブスクリプション(月額・年額)を提供しています。サブスクリプションを選択する場合:
サブスクリプションの代わりに、一度のお支払いで永久利用権を購入することもできます。有料サブスクリプションと同じ機能が利用可能で、更新や期限切れはなく、追加の支払いも不要です。
すべての購入は App Store を通じて Apple が処理し、Apple の Media Services 利用規約が適用されます。当社はお客様の決済情報にアクセスできず、直接返金を処理することはできません。返金をご希望の場合は reportaproblem.apple.com にアクセスするか、デバイスの設定 →ご自身の名前→ サブスクリプションをご利用ください。
サブスクリプションはいつでも解約できます。解約は現在の請求期間の終了時に適用され、それまでは引き続きご利用いただけますが、以後の請求は発生しません。解約手数料はかかりません。
本アプリは「現状有姿」および「提供可能な状態」で提供され、特定目的への適合性、権利非侵害性、中断のない稼働や無エラーの動作を含め、明示・暗示を問わずいかなる保証も行いません。
適用法令が許容する最大限の範囲において、当社は本アプリの利用から生じる間接的、付随的、特別、結果的、または懲罰的損害について責任を負いません(そのような損害の可能性を通知されていた場合であっても同様です)。当社の責任総額は、請求発生前12か月間にお客様が本アプリに支払った金額を超えないものとします。
本契約はお客様と当社との間の契約であり、Apple は関与しません。Apple は本アプリまたはそのコンテンツについて責任を負わず、本アプリの保守やサポートを提供する義務もありません。本アプリが適用可能な保証に適合しない場合、お客様は Apple に通知することができ、Apple はお客様に購入代金(ある場合)を返金します。それ以外の本アプリに関する保証義務は、適用法令が許容する最大限の範囲において Apple にはありません。本アプリに関連するあらゆる請求(製造物責任、法令遵守、消費者保護に関する請求など)への対応は、Apple ではなく当社の責任です。Apple およびその子会社は本規約の第三者受益者であり、お客様が本規約に同意することにより、Apple はお客様に対して本規約を直接執行する権利を有します。
お客様が本規約に違反した場合、当社は本アプリの利用ライセンスを停止または終了することがあります。お客様はいつでも本アプリの使用を停止し、削除することができます。
本規約は随時変更される場合があります。重要な変更を行った場合、以下の「最終更新」日を更新します。変更の適用後も本アプリの使用を継続された場合、新しい規約に同意したものとみなされます。
